What a session is like
The physician asks about your symptoms or question, your sexual history and your health in general. Answer as plainly as you can: which body part, what you did, when it started. They have heard it before, and the details are what let them help.
A video session can't include a physical exam or a swab. If you need testing or an in-person check, your physician can tell you what to ask for, and you can find it through our partner clinics. Clinic fees are separate from the session.
Where it is clinically appropriate, the physician can issue a prescription or a lab request after the session. Whether you need one is their call.
Booking. Pick a professional above, choose a time on their page, and pay online. The price is on the card and on their page, in your currency, before you pay.
Before the session. Your booking confirmation tells you how to join. Depending on the service, you may be asked to fill in a short intake form so your professional knows what you want to talk about.
The session. 50 minutes on Google Meet, from wherever you have privacy. Sessions are strictly confidential.
Changing the time. Ask at least 48 hours before your session. Later changes may fall under the professional's own policy.
Questions people ask
Can I get tested for STIs through this consult?
Not during the session itself. The physician can tell you which tests make sense, and our partner clinics offer STI and HIV testing. Those are booked and paid separately.
Is this the same as sex therapy?

Can I book with my partner?
Yes. Each physician offers an individual session and a couples session.
Is this an emergency service?
