Why it exists
Dr. Rica Cruz founded Unprude to close the gap between the questions people have about sex and the support they can actually find.
In the Philippines and across Asia, most of us learned to talk about sex with shame, or as a joke. Unprude is built on the opposite idea: sex is a normal part of health and relationships, and it deserves plain, informed, respectful answers.

Dr. Rica Cruz holds a PhD in Psychology and has spent more than 15 years in practice, research and public education on sex and relationships. She hosts Private Convos with Doc Rica and pioneered Conservative Ako, the first sex podcast in the Philippines.
