Certified Sexology Facilitator & Educator
Certified Sexology Facilitator & Educator
The Certified Sexology Facilitator & Educator Program is a 40-hour intensive training for individuals who want to lead informed, inclusive, and culturally sensitive conversations about sexuality, relationships, and intimacy.
The program combines personal reflection, sexology education, and practical facilitation skills. Participants begin by examining their own sexual histories, values, beliefs, boundaries, and biases, building the self-awareness needed to facilitate conversations about sexuality responsibly.
The second part of the program focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to facilitate sexology-informed discussions, classes, and workshops. Participants explore key topics in human sexuality while learning how to respond to real questions, manage group conversations, communicate complex topics clearly, and create learning experiences appropriate to their audience.
Grounded in Southeast Asian cultural contexts, the program considers how family, religion, gender expectations, social norms, and cultural values shape the way people understand and talk about sexuality.
The program culminates in a capstone project, where participants design and facilitate their own sexology-informed educational session.
Next cohort starts February 2027.
This certification prepares participants for sexuality education and facilitation. It does not qualify graduates to provide psychotherapy, psychological services, medical care, or other regulated healthcare services.
