KNOWING THE SEXUAL SELF

This course invites students to turn inward and explore their own sexual story. Through sessions on sexual self-concept, erotic templates, desire mapping, boundaries, relationships, and fantasies, students gain a deeper understanding of how personal histories and cultural narratives shape sexual identity.

This level is more than just foundational. It aims to transform your understanding of your sexual self. You cannot guide others unless you’ve first done the work to understand yourself.
